Construction & Development

Design. Build. Deliver.

Alongside our international trade practice, 305 International brings hands-on experience in construction and real estate development — taking projects from site and feasibility through construction to a completed, commercialized asset. That same builder's knowledge makes us effective at aggregating construction materials and machinery in the U.S. market and exporting them to projects in other countries.

Our Approach

We approach development from a builder's perspective.

A successful project requires more than a piece of land. It requires understanding the opportunity, testing feasibility, structuring the financing and actively coordinating construction through to delivery.

305 International participates across the development cycle — from site identification and feasibility through design, construction coordination and commercialization.

And because we build, we know construction materials, equipment and machinery firsthand — which is exactly what makes us effective at sourcing, aggregating and exporting them for projects abroad.

Construction Coordination

Managing the build, on the ground.

Development only creates value when it is actually built. We coordinate the construction phase alongside contractors, consultants and suppliers — keeping scope, budget and schedule aligned from groundbreaking to handover. This is also where our international trade practice adds an edge: we can source construction equipment, machinery and materials from U.S. suppliers.

Our involvement can include:

  • Contractor and consultant coordination
  • Budget and schedule oversight
  • Procurement of equipment and materials
  • U.S. sourcing of construction supplies
  • Quality and progress monitoring
  • Permitting and professional coordination
  • Handover and delivery

Where specialized architectural, engineering, legal or regulatory work is required, we coordinate with appropriately licensed professionals.

Construction Material & Machinery Export

We know what to build with — and how to ship it worldwide.

Building projects ourselves gives us a real, practical command of construction materials, equipment and machinery — the specifications, the suppliers and the quantities a project actually needs. That expertise makes us particularly effective at aggregating and consolidating construction materials and machinery in the U.S. market and exporting them to projects in other countries.

We can handle:

  • Construction material sourcing and aggregation
  • Machinery and heavy-equipment procurement
  • Consolidation of full-project material packages
  • Specification and quantity matching to project needs
  • Supplier negotiation on the buyer's behalf
  • Export documentation and freight forwarding coordination
  • Delivery to project sites abroad
